These terms apply when you use this website, request an estimate, or hire Electrician Wichita Pros ("we", "us") for electrical work. They are written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call us and a real person will explain it.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are free. Before work begins you receive a flat price for the described scope, and that price does not change unless the scope does. If we discover additional work while on the job, we stop, show you what we found, and price it separately. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
Scheduling and Access
We agree on an arrival window with you and call ahead when the truck is on the way. You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including the electrical panel, and to secure pets during the visit. If you need to reschedule, a simple phone call ahead of the window is all we ask.
Permits and Code
Work is performed to the National Electrical Code and applicable local requirements. Where a permit is required, we pull it through the local building department and arrange the inspection. Permit and inspection fees are included in the quoted price when the quote says so.
Warranty
Our workmanship is covered by a one year warranty from the date of completion. If something we installed fails in normal use within that year, we return and fix it at no charge. The warranty covers our workmanship; manufacturer parts carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we help you claim. It does not cover damage from misuse, alteration by others, or unrelated pre-existing conditions.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. For larger projects we may agree on staged payments tied to project milestones, spelled out on the quote.
Liability
We are licensed and insured. We are responsible for the work we perform; we are not responsible for pre-existing defects in your electrical system that are outside the scope of the work you hired us for, though we will point out anything concerning we find.

Governing Law
